This project was developed as part of a class assignment that challenged students to concept a collaboration between two unlikely brands while ensuring both were represented equally throughout the work. The requirement pushed us to think beyond obvious pairings and consider what two seemingly different brands could genuinely share beneath the surface.

Our group landed on Coachtopia and Animal Crossing: New Horizons through a mix of personal interest and creative instinct. We were drawn to the warm, nature-driven themes that run through Animal Crossing as well as the bold, playful color palette that Coachtopia has built its identity around. From there, we began exploring what the two had in common and found that the overlap in values, particularly around sustainability, collecting, and their shared audience.
